I’m Cat, a creative leader and design manager with over a decade of experience turning ideas into memorable design. Since starting as a designer in 2013, I’ve built a career at the intersection of brand and product marketing.
At QuillBot (part of Learneo), I manage the brand and marketing design team, driving creative across paid, organic, and product channels. My focus is on building systems and environments where designers can do their best work—balancing creative experimentation with operational clarity and data-driven iteration.
Outside of design, I study and perform improv comedy, which has shaped how I lead. It taught me that collaboration is an art form of its own: the best ideas don’t come from one person—they emerge when people feel safe enough to take risks together.
